That clandestine Chinese laundry alchemy took us to Los Angeles, where we spent three years distilling, refining, and finessing the craft. Now back on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, every small-batch run honours our original spirit of curiosity, chaos, and quiet rebellion. Herbit G!N is more than a spirit — it’s a secret society of flavor rebels who believe real word-of-mouth starts with a whispered, “You have to try this.” So pour a glass. Pass it on. Blue Dragon was our first — fresh, bold, and full of flavor. Launched during the Dragon Boat Festival, it set the pace for everything that followed. Red Lantern came next — warm, spiced, and a little seductive. New Black arrived during lock-down — smooth, confident, and unapologetically modern. Each gin is handcrafted from our base spirit to bottle, infused with botanicals celebrated for generations in Eastern traditions — layered with modern flavor thinking and a healthy disregard for convention.

Since returning to Australia, we’ve brought production home to the Mornington Peninsula—locally made, globally awarded.
