Concocted while in quarantine and chosen for their immune boosting properties. Sweet jammy blueberries, elderberries and liquorice balance the sharpness of bitter quinine from cinchona bark, delivering a robust and distinctive flavour profile. Hand crafted and single shot distilled from our own base spirit, New Black is perfect served neat over ice or with your favourite tonic and a squeeze of lime.

“The nose is classic and delightful with a combination of juniper, coriander and citrus, plus notes of sweet red fruits. On the palate there is orange peel, cardamom and lemongrass with a glaze of balsamic vinegar. It’s creamy and long lasting, with spices and soft red pepper in the finish.”
